Kinesiology is an holistic therapy that has a way of correcting imbalances a person may have by using muscle checking, acupressure, local massage, light touch and many other options. My main area of expertise is working with

• sporting injuries or
• muscular pain and tension and
• emotional issues
• learning difficulties

I work with children and adults with learning difficults through Educational Kinesiology/Brain Gym which uses a movement-based programme.

The Listening Program® is a music and sound stimulation programme designed to re-train the auditory system.again.

Holistic massage is one of the most beneficial ways of keeping the body free from stress, muscular tension and illness.

I was introduced to kinesiolgy through my son. I was so impressed with his progress that I decided to change my career and have never looked back since. I started out learning Brain Gym and from there completed the Touch for Health kinesiology training - which I now teach. From there I have added certain therapies that I feel benefit each other - the latest being massage
