I have been practising in Berkhamsted since 2001. I was introduced to kinesiology and The Listening Program® through my son's learning difficulties. I was so impressed with his progress that I retrained as a Brain Gym® Consultant and went on to complete the Touch for Health kinesiology training - which I also teach. Since then I have added holistic and hot stone massage which benefits from my knowledge of the other therapies I offer.

Kinesiology is an holistic therapy that has a way of correcting imbalances a person may have by using muscle checking, acupressure, local massage, light touch and many other options. My main area of expertise is working with

I work with children and adults with learning difficults through Educational Kinesiology/Brain Gym® which uses a movement-based programme.

The Listening Program® is a music and sound stimulation programme designed to re-train the auditory system.
